dfm vfiler add error

I'm having problems with DFM determining that a vfiler is up.  I deleted the vfiler from dfm (dfm vfiler delete <vfiler>).  Now I'm trying to add the vfiler back into dfm and I get this error:  Error: zapi call failed. Reason: HTTP POST - failed, status code = 507.

I can't find any reference to this error code, anyone seen this before?

The RFC for WebDAV gives the following explanation for this error.

11.5.  507 Insufficient Storage

   The 507 (Insufficient Storage) status code means the method could not
   be performed on the resource because the server is unable to store
   the representation needed to successfully complete the request.  This
   condition is considered to be temporary.  If the request that
   received this status code was the result of a user action, the
   request MUST NOT be repeated until it is requested by a separate user
   action.
