The system can't find the disks it was initialized with. it could be from cabling errors, hardware fault, or configuration.
to diagnose this you will need to know the history of the system and to troubleshoot in the maintenance mode console.
There's some basic info to use in that article. but without the specific NetApp background knowledge it will be very hard for someone to pick it up. but it's very easy to cause more issues - that might prevent recovery of the data from that system later on if needed. .
