We found system manager 3.1.x could not receive some cDOT (8.2.1) HW failure alerts. for example, if one PSU lost power or a HDD was broken, System Manager show nothing in Alert window (but it could report 7-mode alert). we did not test all scenarios but it seems system manager could detect MEM card falure. we
Is it expected? Any setting we missed? the case# 2005305724 is already raised.
