NetAPP Alta Vault Deduplication Error

Hi All,

We have a NetApp Alta Vault virtual appliance (Model : 2030 ) which is backing up date from NBU 7.6.1. The Deduplication factor went down 3.7 X and still need to backup 130 TB of data. This causing backup policies failing with error code  2074  - Disk Volume is down.

Can someone help me to to resolve this issue ?

Hi,

Can you clarify how much space you're consuming with the appliance today (free and used capacity)? This is seen in the SteelStore GUI home page. Is the appliance full or reporting itself as full?
