Aquisition unit at 100%

Hi,

we've seen for several times that JAVA proces on the aquisition unit is at 100% cpu, only resolution is to reboot it and then it works fine for a while. Known issue?

How much memory does the AU machine have?

 

How many data collector reside on that AU?

Hi, it's a 2cpu VM with 4GB of mem which 2740g is used and 950g free.

There are 6 data collectors configured, 5 FAS/AFF cluster, 1 SGW cluster all working fine. E-series not working correctly.

We had same issue few weeks back, so after reboot it runs fine without alerts but if it fails cpu is 100% and won't come down anymore.

Sander, you're a little undersized for memory, minimum is 8 gigs, but if you could get us the profile files from /opt/netapp/cloudinsights/logs/acq directory it would help us determine if that is really the issue here ok? Can you gather up the files, zip them and send them to us? I'll send you my contact info thanks. Do not send files through the Community though.
