Hello, after a new installation on a server I see the telegraf.conf beeing empty. Installation did not report any error. Service started but nothing happens. No error messages visible to me. (same behavior on 3 different installations)
proxy configuration (export & /etc/default/telegraf)
Agent installation (finished without error)
does anyone know how to solve this ? or how to open a support ticket 🙂thx
Maybe you didn't disable SELinux (https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloudinsights/task_troubleshooting_linux_acquisition_unit_problems.html).

Hello, thanks for your reply.I have the problems while installing the datacollector agent on a Linux (RHEL7), not with acquisition unit (acquisition unit is working fine).
2 rhel7.4 physical server where the agent has been installed appeared immediately on the CI , but on 3 virtual server with 7.9 /7.8 the agent appearing on cloud insights.No difference in the output of the troubleshooting agent installation: https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Cloud_Services/Cloud_Insights/Cloud_Insight_Telegraf_agent_installation%2C_verification_and_troublesh...unfortunately I am still in the trial mode...
Ah, I see. You installed curl, sudo, ping, sha256sum, and dmidecode with yum, right?
