Hi,
got all ONTAP and E-series in CI, only thing that doesn't work is StorageGRID.
Really tried everything to exclude firewalls etc., but the error remains the same:
Error retrieving data: Failed to execute request: example-s3.com:443 failed to respond: POST https://example-s3.com:443/api/v1/authorize HTTP/1.1
StorageGRID is running on version 11.5.0.7-20220309.1332.111f8a6, both local as public addresses give the same end result.
Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong?
Regards,
Sander

Okay, we went through our PFsense and added a rule, since then it connects smoothly.

Are you pointing CI data collector to the S3 endpoint or the admin node management UI. This should point to the admin node management, not the S3 endpoint.

Hi,
thanks for your fast reply, no, i'm connecting to the management end-point of the admin node, NOT the S3 endpoint address. Both local and public ip's give the same result.

What permissions have you configured in SG for the account CI is using?

yes, that should work. It still looks to me that it is trying to connect to the S3 endpoint instead of the management api endpoint.
