Hi Everyone,

Just posting again, so I am trying to deloy netapps into our staging env for a full test. When deploying, it is failing with the following error:

Create Lock Failed
{
  "resourceFamily": null,
  "resourceType": "resourceGroup",
  "resourceName": "redacted",
  "_failure": "You don't have permission to perform this action. For more information please refer to the OnCommand Cloud Manager policies documentation at http://mysupport.netapp.com/cloudontap/support/iampolicies",
  "_resourceGroup": "redacted"

The frustrating thing is the link doesn't work anymore so I unable to find any info on it.

This is the only failure I get when deploying so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi.  Looks like you are missing a needed Azure permission in your Cloud Manager role.

The latest link of permissions is here: https://mysupport.netapp.com/info/web/ECMP11022837.html

Also here is a link that describes how Cloud Manager uses each permission: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/occm/reference_permissions.html#what-cloud-manager-does-with-azure-permissions
