Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

I am following | subscribed to the OnCommand Insight section.


I receive email notifications for entirely new posts, but not for replies for those posts.


Is this the expected functionality? It is pretty annoying to craft a response to a post and find out someone has already answered it, but you weren't notified of the response

Please change your settings to recieve 'All Posts' - see attached.  this should do it. 

Go to Subscriptions from your profile drop down:


> Subscriptions & Notifications


> Notification Settings


> For my forum subsciptions, notify me for  ---- All Posts


let us know if the behavior doesn't change after changing the setting.
