I need your help to fix this issue.
I tried to launch SMBR on my exchange server in order to test the recovery.
Everytime I start the application, in the begining everything's fine ( pre scan, scanning log files, ...)
but at the loading the mailboxes source and target. An windows error message appears : the application has stopped working.
When I check, the event viewer, here is the log I found :
We are having the same issue, did you find a solution ?
We are using
W2K8 Server R2
I read that it does not support vista 64bit in a virtual env, however it did not say that W2k8 is not supported, could this be an issue ?
This issue seems to occur when trying to perform a Single Mailbox Recovery on exchange databases larger than 100 GB.
Suggest try upgrade SMBR to 6.0.2.
This answer/solution was working for me. My customer was having the same issue with SMBR 18.104.22.168.
Upgrade to SMBR 6.0.2 fixed the issue for him,
