One thing you can do is to go out to the NetApp Interoperability Matrix which is here: http://mysupport.netapp.com/matrix. In the upper right there is a Feedback link. Be sure to select at least the basic options of what you want to match first (i.e. SnapDrive and ONTAP versions). Then hit that feedback link and put a request in for Windows 2016. Even if we don't have it out now they might be able to give you guidance on timing or at very least your voice will be heard as a customer looking for it in the future.
