Migrating individual home directory

What is the best way to migrate individual home directory from one filer to another filer?

I have users who are in EMEA, and APAC, im trying to migrate some users who no longer live in those geo sites to my filer in santa clara.

anyone knows what the best practice for this is?

I assume both filers are Microsoft domain members, so you have to do usual Microsoft stuff of repointing home directories within AD, changing permissions, etc.

Or you can use some tools making it less tedious:

(this particular one is chargeable, but maybe someone else knows FOC tools)
