Data Backup and Recovery
Hi there
when viewing job details in snapcenter the start and end times are often (but not always) reversed.
see snip example below. it starts at 4:17 and finished at 4:15?
Could this be a time issues between the SC servers and target hosts?
Also is there anyway to get snapcenter to alter its date format to UK rather than US?
Yes the Server is already UK ;o)
Thank you

Hi there found this is an issue with lack of time synchronisation between the SC servers and Host servers.
The Host servers were behind and so it looked the tasks had finished before they had started.
Hello,
Which verison of Snapcenter are you using?
And which plugin you have installed or working with?
Thanks

Hello,
When you face the time issue about the start and end time of the current job, are you able to pull the report and check for the detail and timestamp for each operation.
Also, as for the UK and US format can confirm if both the Snapcenter Server and the host where the SC plugin for SQL and Windows are installed has the same timezone?
Thanks
