Unable to delete backups using SMSQL

I'm trying to delete some old backups with SMSQL (more than 8 days old), but it's not working.

I saw this error in the log:

The mountpoint J:\Devices\ag-temp\ has been deleted, but it looks like SMSQL is still looking for it. Is there a way to clear that mountpoint from SMSQL?

Thanks

Philip

Hi,

Try this: Stop SnapManager service, remove old snapinfo directory (Rename the current snapinfo directory to be able to restore it). Start the service again and run the configuration wizard.
