How to import netapp headroom report in to OCI

I installed and Configured OCI for Netapp Arrays. I downloaded NetApp Node HeadRoom report from https://automationstore.netapp.com/onCommandInsight.shtml. I want to import in to IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS and get the report. Could any one guide me to import the head room report into OCI.

I guess you may have figured it out by now.

I don't have OCI at my enviromnet, but found some reference regrding importing reports into OCI:

1) Download report from :https://automationstore.netapp.com/onCommandInsight.shtml
2) After you download the reports, import them into OnCommand Insight by clicking Content Administration
on the Configuration tab of Insight Reporting Administration (I doubt if it is this straightforward)
