Solved: Need Documentation to Integrate NetApp Cloud Insights With ServiceNow

Hi NetApp Technical Team,

I have search in NetApp Automation Store and Community regarding to the integration documentation between NetApp Cloud Insights and ServiceNow but there is no luck at all. Can someone please help me with the integration documentation between NetApp Cloud Insights and ServiceNow? I would really appreciate in advance.

The NetApp Automation Store hosts content for OCI OnCommand Insight. The content for Cloud Insights is not hosted on that store as CI is a service. CI now has support for WebHook which is the preferred form of integration with Service-Now. You can go to Cloud Insights documentation to learn more ( https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloudinsights/task_create_webhook.html ) or connect with a Cloud Insights Sales Engineer to get a copy of a Service-Now WebHook template - we plan to add that to the built in templates:
