Large opportunity where we were requested to "run a tool" to collect performance data. Customer ran OneCollect but won't upload. Need to speak with someone who supports the tool to get this resolved ASAP.
@NithinR I see you've answered OneCollect concerns in the past. Can you provide any help?

Are you able to reach support.netapp.com from the host from which you are attempting to upload the OneCollect data?
Depending on what failure you are encountering, there are alternatives to upload the data for support.

Hi Travellis,
Please send an email to ng-OneCollect-Support@netapp.com. Include the error customer is seeing or the logs from <home directory>\OneCollectData\LogFiles.
Thanks,
Nithin
