Connecting SnapManager to Local SQL server using command line

Are there any commands (PowerShell preferably) that can be used to connect SnapManager to Local SQL Server and configure it with mostly default configuration?

I tried the import-config command using SnapManager for PowerShell, it gives configuration successful import message but does not establish connection to SQL server. Running the new-backup or clone-database commands after importing gives the message that SQL server is not connected and configured.
