Hello Chenhui, 

To summarize, It is possible to backup data from an ASA system to an FAS system with the help of SnapMirror replication. The requirements include verifying the ONTAP version compatibility and also having the required licenses installed.

Snapmirror (Snapvault) is possible between NetApp hardware, as long as you have the licenses installed.
