Ndmpcopy: Failed to start dump on source

Hi techies , when am trying to copy the files from source filer to destination filer am getting the error: failed to start  dump on source ,  what is the problem behind this can anyone  please help me out in this

Another option - if SIS enabled on source volume and it is bigger than destination filer may proceed.

Example - 2t max volume size for SIS on FAS3020 7.3.7p1 and 1t max volume size for SIS on FAS2020 same ONTAP 7.3.7p1.

NDMPCOPY showed same error.
