NetApp mirrored HA pair

In mirrored HA pair configuration how much uniq IPs are required.

1. How much IPs for Cluster ?
2. How much IPs for node ?
3. How much IPs for per SVM ?

Dose both cluster use same SVM IP ?

If one cluster of mirroed HA pair is down then what happen ?. and by which IP we will got log file ?
