New Checkbox in SMMOSS 2.0R1

Hi all,

There is a new checkbox saying "Restore Granular Content" in the Detail Pane of the Restore window. Does anybody know what exactly it does? There is no description in the release notes etc.

From what's tested, it does make a difference in the restore results.

Thanks Brian. Maybe I'm missing something but I really don't see anything specifically mentioned the function of that option in the pages you highlighted. That option wasn't in 2.0 and I could do different levels of granular restore then too.

This checkbox was a GUI change added in 2.0R1. The underlying functionality hasn't changed.
