Just upgraded from NetApp 6 to NetApp 8.2 and trying to test and document various processes.
Specifically I am trying to recover a document attached to a list item. I can see the item in the data selection screen, but when I try to recover it - nothing happens even though the job show 100% success with no errors. The original file remains. I have tried overwrite, append, etc. - but nothing seems to work. I can find nothing in the NetApp documentation on how restore this type of scenario. Does any have a tried and true method to perform this type of recovery?
