SMMOSS Unknown Database

Dear Sir,

I am doing SMMOSS POC for my customer and I got a problem that on the Backup Builder screen it show unknown database as shown in attached file. My question is where and what log files should I looking at? I am not sure that it is about the right of user permission or not. Please kindly give me some suggestions.

Hi,

The most common reason for this issue is that the SharePoint databases are not placed on NetApp LUNs. Incase the databases are already on NetApp LUNs and you are still facing this error then it needs further investigation by the product support team at NetApp.
