SnapCenter Oracle clone from backup

Hi, 

after completing oracle snap and -restore tests, we tried to make a clone from oracle snapshot.

The job failed with this message:
"Invalid user name for cloning Oracle database. Only sys user is allowed to clone Oracle database"

 

any hint?
