SnapDrive 7.1.3P3 transport settings to SVM fails 8.3.2P11

I receive the following error when attempting to add transport settings.  See screen shot below.  IP address on the SVM is a mangaement LIF.  To be exact it allows me to add the username and password - using svadmin/password. But when I hit apply this pops up.  Any ideas?  Thanks-
