SnapDrive - Unable to create snapshot from Windows 2003 host

When I want to create a snapshot from the with the SDCLI command, I receive following error:

Initializing...SERVER1 : Checking policies

SERVER1 : Ready to create snapshot copy

Unable to create a Snapshot of a LUN.

Error: Another LUN operation is already in progress. Please retry the operation later.

When we restart the SnapDrive service - problem disappeared but after 1 or 2 days It is back

We using SnapDrive 6.2

Can somebody help me?

Would need more info on this and would suggest opening a case with NGS support so they can collect logs. 

Is there anything else running in th environment such as Snapmanager?  is this a vm?
