SnapManager for SQL SMSQL Failed. SnapDrive Error Another LUN operation is already in progress

SMSQL is starting to fail on a couple of my SQL Servers.

Error messages in the SMSQL Backup logs:

[SnapDrive Error]: Another LUN operation is already in progress. Please retry the operation later.

Error Code: 0xc0040817
There is another SnapManager operation currently in progress on this server. Please retry this operation after the conclusion of current job.

There errors are consistent with ALL SMSQL SQL Servers.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

I restarted the snapdrive and snapmanager services.  Wonder if I have to do this frequently!?!?
