Snapdrive and checkpoint firewall

Hi I have been trying to install snapdrive 6.2.1 on a win2003 server in a DMZ.

but there is a communication problem during installation when it checks for the snapdrive service account

does anyone have any idea of the requirements to get this running?

in addition to the above, does anyone know what ports need to be opened on a checkpoint firewall for Snapdrive and Snapmanager to communicate?
