Hi,
I had installed a SQL Server Cluster with snapdrive and snapmanager for SQL. It seems that all is right but I am unnable to connect to the virtual servers from SnapManager. When I add a server to manage, the software raise an error saying that can't connect to: net.tpc://<VirtualServerName>/NetAppServices/SMSQLServices/Service. All services are runnning.
Anybody can help me?
Thanks.

Solved!
SnapDrive service runs under an administrative account.
SnapManager runs under an SQL service account.
Changing SnapManager service account to an admistrative account solves the problem.
