Use PowerShell to list drives created with SnapDrive

I'd like to know if it is possible for me to use PowerShell to get a list of all my servers and the drives on them that have been created using SnapDrive.  Has anyone done someothing like this? Can I hit the snapdrive management server with a powershell script to do this?
