VCentre 5.5, VSC 6.2.2 - Backup job failed: did not find any of the following datastores or VMs

Hi All,

We're having problem with the plugins.

We originally had everything installed on the Vcentre server, VSC ver 6.0.

The plugins were broken but backup job is running fine.

then we uninstalled VSC from it in attempt to re-install it, and it broke all backup jobs from running.

I've just built a new VM and installed VSC6.2.2, registered it on our vcentre server plugin and I'm getting the same error.

We've spent weeks on this and really pulling our hair out.

Any guidance or advise would be muchly appreciated. Cheers

Is your NetApp registered under the "Storage Systems" tab?

Hi,

please run

smvi discover datastores

on the SMVI host. It shows the datastores discovered by SMVI.

Have you recreated on backup job?
