Where can i download Snap software to use with trial licenses?

Hi all,

I asked this before but got no answers, maybe i have more luck now.

I have trial licenses for SnapManager software (Oracle, SQL, Exchange) to set up a lab but the download option for the software is not available on my NOW account, even though i can request trial licenses there

Hi,

The reason for this could be the fact that NOW login for customers is activated only per purchase. That is what I think. If this does not work then please get in touch with the local NetApp Sales office.

You have to get in touch with your local sales team to have them get the software to you.

Hopefully a good chance to build a good relationship with a local SE even....
