big problem!!!!

hi

i have upgrate  my snapdrive on my exchange server from 4.0 to 6.3

now whem i am opening the snap drive and click on disks i got refreshing for 7 to minutes until i am seeing the disks !!!

i got netapp das2020

please help !!!!
