smsql error - data mismatch

hi,

my smsql jobs are failing with"Snapmanager for sql detected a data mismatch, press f5 or restart backup wizard.Has anyone seen this before? I am running smsql 5.1.0.676and snapdrive 6.3.

That depends, are there any other messages in the application event logs or smsql backup report?

Perhaps one suggesting you re-run the config wizard?

Have any databases been added or removed since that job was created?

there are no errors in the app log. db's may have been added but i believe the dba re-ran the config.do you have to re-run every time you add new db's? also, backup reports arent being generated either?    thanks
