Hello

Today I deployed snapcenter plug-in for vsphere 4.3  ova file to vcenter.

Plug-in s' network is configured and service is running.

I am sure the network address can be pinged.

But when I enter ip in the browser, it appears "This page can not be displayed".

Any one know how to fix this problem?

Use the format:

https://<appliance-IP-address>:8080 to access the management GUI.

To manage backup/restore:
Log in to vCenter (Flex or HTML5 client), then click (Flex home) or Menu (HTML5) in the toolbar, and then select SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere.

Can you try disabling and enabling SCV service after login to 8080 port->configuration.

After that please logout and login back to Vcenter server
