We are excited to announce the launch of our generative answering (GenAI) capability in our Support Site Search. This state-of-the-art feature is designed to provide you with high-quality, AI-generated answers, making your search experience more efficient and effective.

 

How to Use GenAI Search:

  • Begin your search as you normally would after signing in to our Support Site.
  • If a generated answer is available for your query, it will appear at the top of your search results.
  • Provide your feedback on the answer quality using the thumbs up/down button.
