NETAPP KNOWLEDGE BASE WINS THE CXONE EXPERT KCS AWARD AND THE CXONE EXPERT MOST ADMIRED AWARD FOR 2022

Bangalore, India - April 6, 2022: NetApp Knowledge Base was recently recognized with two CXone Expert Awards—the KCS Award for excellence in the practice of Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) methodology and the Most Admired award, a peer recognition award for NetApp’s leadership and success within the CXone Expert customer community.

 

The winners will be participating in the NICE Interactions Event on May 24 and May 25, 2022.

 

In 2020, we revitalized our support strategy and started our journey to implement Knowledge Centered Services, Version 6 (KCSv6) methodology at NetApp. KCSv6 focusses on knowledge being the key asset of an organization and strives to improve customer success with our products through the efficient creation, usage, and sharing of organizational knowledge.
