DDP FAILED

Hi. I have system of NetApp E5400 and DE5600 expander. I had built Dinamic Disk Pool of 24 HDD there.
I have got an incident with power loss only on DE5600 expander but not on E5400 .
After boot DE5600 expander I caught "failed" status on Dinamic Disk Pool. So are you able to help me to find some ways to restore DDP

In Ukraine, there is no representation of Netapp. Storage system purchased not from the official seller, the seller said support is over. How is life in this case.
