Hello
As per my understanding you should choose other and then choose the appropriate segment size and other RAID volume parameters manually. We don't have a preconfigured one for SVC.
SVC more or less uses GPFS so they have some older guidance for the best practice setup (usually 128K segment size) and RAID 6 (8+2) for 1 meg IO per volume.
Usually they stripe across multiple volumes (4 at a time) to make it fly or they sometimes will choose a 512K segment size to make one volume tuned to 4MB IO request size.
You can name the custom workload anything you want.
