Is SANtricity System Manager accessible through both controllers?

Are there any other alerts on the array?

I am curious if the web server on one of the controllers is hung preventing the array's configuration from being updated through the web GUI.

A stagger reboot of the controllers would clear a hung web server, but do not try this if the array is reporting any alerts or if multipathing is not configured.
