I want verify,  can Host Server and E2800 direct attached use FC 16Gb without SAN Switch ?

Hi,

Yes, why not.  As long as the E2800 (Don't know which Model) has a FC port/cable you should be ok. You can check the supported cables in HWU.netapp.com for your specific E2800 Model.

Attached is the cabling guide & tr that mentions direct attached hosts to storage.
