Hello

Does NetApp E series support network ports bond/trunking like the FAS Interface groups ? Also vlan creation ?

Port channels/LACP is not supported. Refer page 16 from the link https://library.netapp.com/ecm/ecm_download_file/ECMP1532522

E-Series and EF-Series storage arrays support one vLAN for IPv4 and another for IPv6. Link aggregartion/Port bonding/Trunking are not supported.
