Restoring to Factory Defaults E-Series?

Does anyone know the process to restore a EF box back to factory defaults? We don't have any of the login info and ordered the USB-Serial console cable to hopefully gain access. Any info and help would be appreaciated.

I was able to use Santricity to reset the EF to clear its configuration.
