SANTricity - E-2724 - Can't change preferred path

Hello,

we moved our  secondary E-2724 and after the restart, we got a problem. Every volumes stays on only one controler. 

If we put one of the controler offline, every volume goes on the second one, but we can't change it manualy because the option stays grayed out. 

We tried to reset the both controler, put offline them, one after the other. We also tried to redistribute volumes many times, no chance...

The NetApp support is as lost as us.

Hello,

Judging by your screenshot and description, these volumes are part of mirror pair. Volume ownership is controlled by the primary array, and the secondary array respects whatever volume ownership the primary side is using.

OK you right, I have changed the prefered path on the main volume and after few minutes, it changes it on the secondary.
