Wiping NAJ-1503

Hello all! I need your help

Equipment Used

NAJ-1503

111-03736+H0 - Controller Module Brings me to eos-a login on serial

111-03736+F0 - Controller Module Brings me to StorageGRID-PGE login on serial

I don't have the login for both these controllers nor a support contract/access to downloads.

Is it possible to reset these devices?

Can I connect the SAS ports to a separate machine running wiping software to erase the drives in the chassis?

If all fails I will have to wipe the drives separately including the ones in the controllers.

Update- I managed to login to StorageGRID-PGE using shellUsr but don't see any options to reset to defaults.

I am not able to share EOS shell commands in this forum, but there is an option to reset the backend storage configuration using the StorageGRID Appliance Installer page running on the StorageGRID node / controller.

There is an option under Help > Support and Debug Tools to reset the storage controller configuration.
