I am using E-2860 and gave disks for two Virtual Machines cluster SQL01 and SQL02.
however if I restart both VMs SQL01 and SQL02 the problem will disappeared from netapp Recovery Guru but after some times this problem will come again.
the suggested solution from netapp is not helpful.

it's Netapp Brand,
I resolved this issue by installing software similar to MPIO called DSM in the two VMs.

- The link you provided is Lenovo. Is the storage array Lenovo or NetApp branded?
- Which hypervisor (and version) is in use?
- Are you presenting the volumes through the hypervisor or directly to the VMs?
- What OS versions are you running in the VMs?
