this is not a Problem with the functionality from the NetApp FAS Systems.
It seems so that there is a missconfiguration with the FCoE.
Can you post me the configuration from the other Nexus Switch?
We have a similar Environment with a converged Network Uplink for NFS and FC traffic over the same Cable.
