what is flexpod?

What is the definition of flexpod? Is it specific netapp storage to be certified a a flexpod config?

I am running Cisco UCS B200 M3 Blades connected to Cisco Nexus 7k switches and the storage is Netapp 8020 head. Its connected to brocade FC switch VA-40FC

Is this considered a flexpod?

The Flexpod is not just a assembly of hardware, its also a CVD /Cisco Verified Design). If any component or setup deviates, then it is not a Flexpod assembly.
