Filerview and CLI access supported?

I have a S550 and I want to use FilerView and the CLI to configure it. I was told by a pre-sales eng. that FilerView and CLI access are not supported and that I have to use the StoreVault client to manage the appliance. Is this True?

Hi Tim,

Filerview is not supported in Storevault, Yes you should use SVM to manage it.

While it might not be supported, it still works. Dunno why Filerview isn't "technically" available and supported for StoreVault.

SVM is the only supported management. You can use CLI though - but unsupported.
